Social Media Content Writer (New Delhi)

We are on the hunt for a ‘Content Creator (Social Media)’, one who eats, lives and breathes viral reels, trending tweets & the latest Shorts. Who knows how to sway a brand’s audience and who has preferably prior agency experience.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining the entire social calendar life cycle for brands.
Skills:
· Creative
· Good with writing & communication
· Grammar & punctuality
Requirements:
· Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
· Bachelors’ degree in any stream.
Research & Ideation:
· Taking the brief regarding a brand’s requirements for social.
· Understanding your target audience and working on eventually expanding the base.
· Conducting research on what type of content is best consumed by your audience.
· Building a calendar that bridges the above with a brand’s social media requirements.
Content Creation:
· Writing crisp copies and creative captions, with some occasional long-form writing.
Coordination & execution & posting:
· Coordinating with the designers & editors to turn your wittingly-written copies into aesthetically pleasing posts.
· Ability to select appealing images and videos to complement the text (added bonus.)
· Editing and publishing the content created on various social platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter.
Implementing Feedback:
· Optimizing the monthly calendar based on analytics, and audience behaviour.
