We are seeking an energetic and creative individual to join our dynamic marketing team as an Associate Manager - Branded Content.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, producing engaging video content and podcasts, and contributing to the execution of impactful brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen the brand & communication by developing impactful and consistent copies for various channels, including marketing materials, website, social media, and more.
• Ideate, script, and oversee the production of highquality video content and podcasts that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our value proposition and expertise.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to contribute to the execution of innovative brand campaigns and employer branding initiatives that drive engagement and awareness.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to submit the brand's work for relevant industry awards, showcasing our achievements and thought leadership.
• Plan, organize, and execute webinars, fireside chats, and other virtual events that provide valuable insights and thought leadership to our audience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our content strategies and approaches.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content pieces.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of branded content initiatives, gathering insights and making datadriven recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and/or multimedia production, preferably within the insurance, fintech, or healthcare industry
