Content Writer

Practice by Numbers is a SaaS company providing data analytics, patient communication, and operational enhancement services to Dental Practices worldwide.

We are looking for a skilled Copywriter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives, experience in writing for various digital platforms, and a knack for working with other stakeholders in creating strategic content. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging copy for the Customer Experience team as well as the Marketing Director for various marketing channels including social media, digital campaigns, website, case studies and thought leadership, and other marketing materials.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
In this position, youll ultimately champion the organizations purpose, values and direction, while supporting target creative strategies, goals and objectives.
Develop and execute content tailored to our brand's voice and audience preferences.
Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm and create compelling campaign messaging.
Work closely with the Customer Experience team to create, edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities, while ensuring the accuracy of your own copy.
Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and overall value proposition of our entire product line.
Understand various customer personas and translating them into targeted content.
Contribute creative ideas and scripts for video content, podcasts, webinars, and other thought leadership, aligning with our brand identity and marketing goals.

WHAT YOULL NEED
4+ years of proven experience as a copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective writing across various platforms.
Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional grammar, punctuation, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines and social media algorithms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working on the brand side is advantageous, but candidates from social media/digital agencies with relevant copywriting expertise are welcome.
Portfolio of samples showcasing writing work, including at least two long form and two short form examples.
