About the Role
The Content Writer is responsible for executing all written deliverables. The Content Writer will produce a wide range of content and copy, from strategy documents, buyer personas, and positioning statements to blog posts, case studies, ebooks, white papers, webinar decks, landing pages, website copy, email copy, sales collateral, and more. You need to be organized, methodical, and capable of keeping multiple projects ongoing at the same time. While the role exists primarily within the marketing team, it will also be required to contribute written materials for the content, product, sales, and account management teams. With an understanding of the target audience, the candidate is expected to help drive more value through online content. Additionally, he or she is expected to analyze marketing metrics and collaborate across departments to execute initiatives. A proven track record of writing content and analyzing it for engagement, lead generation, and conversion is required for this position.
Preference will be given to candidates with a strong writing portfolio, a degree in English, Mass Communication,or Journalism, and relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
● Help with a monthly, quarterly, and yearly content calendar. Conduct market research for the content calendar using web sources, interviews, academic research, etc.
● Create eye-catching, concise, and creative headlines and body text for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
● Create blog posts, white papers, success stories, press releases, speaking agendas, one-pagers, and other types of content.
● Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms
● Writing SEO Content, blogs over 2000 words, website and landing page content
● (websites, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
● Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team on new ideas and strategies.
● Collaborating with campaign managers, the creative team, and designers.
● Drafting standard business proposals and pitches to clients in a sophisticated format.
● Creating crisp content for SMS and Whatsapp campaigns.
● Drafting simplistic and easily comprehensible video scripts.
● Creating enticing content for emailers.
● Creation of PowerPoint presentations for PPT submission portals and helping the digital team in answering questions posted on digital forums routinely
● On-page SEO activities which include the creation of meta titles, meta descriptions, etc. in adherence to standard SEO guidelines
● Provide solutions in content writing for different industry verticals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
