Responsibilities and Duties: -
• Creating concise, eye-catching and innovative headlines and body copy
• Researching and organizing facts and sources
• Interviewing sources
• Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
• Building a following for brand on social media with creative work
• Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
• Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team and designers
• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms.(websites, blogs, articles, social updates ,banners, case studies, guides, etc)
• Write and edit content in line with content guidelines.
• Idea on ways to ensure content is fresh, engaging and up to date.
• Proofreading and plagiarism checking of content.
• Ensure content is optimized for search.
• Analyzing our operation data and making content strategies to attract more users.
• Write headlines that grab attention and people to read the stories.
• Craft shareable thumbnails with eye catching images for articles and videos.
Key Skills: -
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism or Mass Communication.
• Minimum 1 yr experience in the domain of writing content.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Familiarity with SEO
Required Experience and Qualifications:-
• Review and edit articles and landing pages for grammar quality and proof-read content according to user standards.
• Manage a team of content writers responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals.
• Work closely with the SEO teams to research and produce keyword rich SEO content for websites.
• Plan, drive and execute a content strategy that is aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
• Understand meta-tags, page description, keywords. Social media sharing features-titles, descriptions and images.
• Deliver engaging content on a regular basis across several channels (newsletters, articles & blogs, email campaigns, product collaterals, PRs, explainer videos, social media marketing, branding events, corporate collaterals, whitepapers, etc.)
• Project management for short- and long-term projects like site content audits, content migration, and new technology testing etc.
• Excellent creative writing capabilities (Please share your past work / blog link). Being a blogger is a huge plus!
