Currently we are hiring for Content Writer for one of MNC client .
Job Location :- Ahmedabad- WFO
This position will be responsible for developing some content Writer depending on the organization’s objectives and end user’s requirements, documenting the software products, services and it’s releases. A critical part of the role is a desire to understand the product inside and out. To that end, you will work closely with our product development team and become an expert in our product functionality. You will participate in our agile process, including regular stand-ups and sprint reviews. You will learn every feature from the time of its conception through its release and customer deployment.
Qualifications:
You have a passion for making customers successful. You are a gifted writer and communicator and have a penchant for making complex topics accessible and engaging. You are constantly scouring the web for new and creative ways to communicate product information.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience with a CRM system such as Siebel or Salesforce
• Minimum 3 years experience in strategic marketing or communications, or at an
enterprise level technology company (SAAS Technology)
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and drive
• Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Ability to meet with colleagues in different time zones
• Proven experience producing quality work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Skills Required:
• Experience with graphics and multimedia
• Experience using a structured approach to documentation, such as DocBook or DITA
• Experience in publishing newsletters and engage users with updated blogs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
