Develop consumer-centric marketing copy for product-related collateral that optimizes sales potential across multiple business channels. Participate in product development efforts by developing consumer-facing positioning statements for testing purposes. Write copy, slogans, headlines, direct mail pieces, taglines, web content, TV or radio commercials, scripts, catalogues, billboards, brochures, postcards, print advertising, packaging, email blasts, value added content, POS, catalogues, social media etc. that complies with the brand guidelines and persuades the listener or reader to act. Implement brand guidelines in content. Writes narratives, scripts and storyboards, annotations and treatments. Attend meetings Marketing team and upper-level management, senior leadership team, retail, web, design and merchandising departments to develop product copy that is accurate and easily understood by consumers. Use target keywords to write copy that is optimized for search engines and ranking goals while using Minature brand voice. Manage and adhere to brand voice and guidelines, and ensure brand consistency. Track trends and best practices across the industry and among competitors. Initiate more research-based projects to scope out competitors or provide user experience improvements that pertain to SEO. Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to audience. Conceptualizes complex goals into appealing written messages. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate outstanding thoughts and ideas into compelling words Ability to integrate conceptual design themes, marketing best practices, product-specific information, and target consumer information to craft relevant copy. Excellent language skills and a good understanding of international languages. Excellent proofreading and editing skills. Demonstrated initiative in resolving missing/incomplete information or inconsistencies in project requests
