As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles as well as blogs and articles for social networking sites and our official pages. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and transform complex technical concepts into clear and concise content that is accessible to a wide range of users. Job Role: Content Writer

Responsibilities:
Create and update technical content such as user manuals, API documentation, whitepapers, blogs, articles for websites and social media.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content
Conduct research to understand target audience and tailor content accordingly
Translate complex technical and other concepts into user-friendly and easily understandable language
Ensure consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all documentation
Manage multiple documentation projects and meet tight deadlines
Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and clarity
Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Having a proven experience of 2+ years in same.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
