The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of Indian Politics. The candidate should possess excellent communication and language skills, team work, thoughtful leadership and should be able to deliver effectively in a fast paced highly dynamic work environment. The candidate is required to write content in English for concise and impactful political happenings in India.
While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also arises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary client management skills and most importantly, on performance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to translate a brief into fine crafted communication.
• Should have created content for posts, ads, banners and for social media in a previous role.
• The candidate should have a strong bias for action and be a self-starter.
• The candidate should be able to create ideas, provide content for videos and graphic designs.
• Conceptualize and articulate politically relevant thematic ideas and statements.
• Understand a diverse range of inputs and effectively integrate them in a coherent manner.
• Understand, compile and articulate political ideas and objectives into public messaging customize for the topic, speaker and intended audience.
• Collaborating with PR, Social media and research team to brainstorm and develop a variety of content.
• Proof reading creatives and other pieces of communications and presentations.
Requirement and skills:
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Experienced in doing research using multiple sources.
• Port-folio of published articles.
• Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.
• Brainstorming for video ideas, scriptwriting for YouTube videos
• Writing commentary on political decisions for social media
• Writing copy and captions for Social media
• Translate content, whenever required
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in literature/ communications/ journalism/ discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of copy writing experience with a solid port-folio of work.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
