Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly researching on the content for writing Articles, Blogs or Product description, as required.
Write content with authentic details to provide information to promote our products and services, generate leads to onboard new customers.
Proof-read and edit content prior to posting.
Develop engaging (viral) and persuasive content for WhatsApp messages and email newsletters that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in WhatsApp and Email marketing to continuously improve our strategies and results.
Come up with original ideas and strategies for Content writing & marketing.
Produce high quality Blog posts on industry relevant topics.
Creating captions for social media platforms
To plan, create, execute and maintain a content calendar.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
Promote content on social media.
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
Update website content as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6-12 months of relevant experience or internship, preferably with an ecommerce company.
Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, clear, and persuasive messages.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in all marketing materials.
Excellent AI skills. The candidate should have a hands-on experience, knowledge and understanding of using the latest AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini by Google, Claude AI, Grammarly, etc.
Super-strong writing, communication & interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
