Description
We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to join our awesome team. You’ll play a key role in developing our content strategy to grow our organic traffic. Your role would be to build and manage a team that enables us to gain organic traffic via SEO and SEM. The role requires agility and ability to read through the evolving search trends for customers and build a massive arsenal of keywords and relevant articles, content and blogs for the same.
Responsibilities
The role is varied, and you will be expected to provide direction on identifying your own priorities, but initial responsibilities will include:
● Assign priorities to tasks to junior content writers
● Drive a team for generating professional high quality content.
● Cultivate team growth and development of team members
● Maintain timelines and due dates so that content deliverables are completed when they need to be
● Delegate tasks to appropriate team members
● Unite social, video and digital content teams through one creative vision and mission
● Develop a process to identify new content and repurposing opportunities, and guide the process of mapping overall content strategy
● Define, develop, implement, and maintain a content publishing workflow
● Manage the day-to-day operations and budget for editorial team resources
● Focus on on-going SEO needs as Google, Bing and other search engines optimize content need and requirements

● Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
● Curious to learn about food and health topics, and eager to educate others
● Leadership, listening skills, and collaborative attitude with teams. Adept in people management and negotiation for win-win outcomes
● Committed to a healthy lifestyle, positive team culture, and personal growth
● Be capable of doing in-depth research into topics and figure out what content will work out or not for the end consumer
● Well versed in, passionate and knowledgeable about event planning industry is a plus
● Good judgment, competent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
● Possess both intellectual and emotional intelligence, with a high level of integrity and broad outlook. Adaptable and dependable
● Non-defensive in giving and receiving constructive feedback
