Key Responsibilities:
1. Watch Full Podcast Episodes:
Understand the flow, theme, and highlights of each episode
2. Select & Edit Highlight Clips:
Choose short (30–+0 sec) engaging portions for social media (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
3. Write Engaging Titles and Hooks:
Create scroll-stopping, click-worthy titles for thumbnails
4. Episode Descriptions & Summaries:
Write concise, SEO-optimized descriptions for each full podcast episode (YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
5. Write Captions and Social Media Copy:
Create captions for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc., aligned with platform trends.
6. Coordinate with the Creative Team:
Collaborate with the host, video editors, thumbnail designers, and social media team
7. Research Trends & Keywords:
Suggest content strategies to increase visibility and shares
Requirements:
• Strong command of English & Hindi for bilingual content)
• Basic video understanding (optional but helpful)
• Creative writing and storytelling skills
• Awareness of social media trends and formats
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹34,347.42 per month
