We are looking for a Content Manager/Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create and manage high-quality content across all our projects, including our Documentary, Talk Show, Book, Website and Social Media. Responsibilities:
Research
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices around content creation.
Responsible for conducting research to identify the topics, themes, and trends that will resonate with the company's target audience.
Create high-quality written content.
Create high-quality written content you'll create the content for the documentary, define the structure of the talk show, contribute to the book creation, develop social media content craft website copy and blog articles, and write newsletter content.
Strategy
Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals.
Manage relationships with external content creators, including freelance writers and agencies.
Manage and maintain the company's content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of all content
Data Analysis
Analyse and measure the effectiveness of the company's content strategy, making adjustments and improvements as needed
Who you are

· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
· 5+ years of experience as a content writer/manager.

· Strong attention to detail.
· Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective content requirements.
· High-level of empathy
· Comfortable working in a remote environment
