What will you do at Fynd?
Educational & Lead Generation Content (30%)
• Write blogs, articles, and case studies showcasing how automation transforms business operations.
• Develop whitepapers, guides, and ebooks on workflow automation trends and best practices.
• Create SEO-driven content to improve visibility and organic reach.
Product & Website Content (30%)
• Write and maintain Boltic’s website content, landing pages, and feature announcements.
• Create scripts for product demo videos and explainer content.
• Develop in-depth use case pages that show how businesses can leverage Boltic for automation.
Social & Community Engagement (20%)
• Craft LinkedIn posts that drive engagement and establish thought leadership.
• Create and schedule content for social media.
• Monitor and participate in relevant industry conversations.
Marketing & User Engagement Content (20%)
• Write newsletters, product updates, and customer success stories.
• Create user-friendly documentation and explainers for workflow automation use cases.
• Work closely with the product team to simplify technical features into actionable content.
Some Specific requirements:
Must-Have:
• 2-3 years of SaaS content writing experience.
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience creating marketing and educational content for B2B audiences.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Ability to translate technical features into customer-first narratives.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney for content creation.
• Understanding of workflow automation, APIs, and no-code tools.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Basic design skills using Canva or Figma.
