Experience minimum 2 years
Industry: Beauty and Cosmetics (mandatory)
CTC negotiable
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategy (blog, website content and info graphics) with respect to marketing targets,
Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
Work with marketing team to plan and generate content, its layout and design etc.
Edit, proofread and improve content.
Use organic content for lead generation.
Manage content distribution on various online channels and social media platforms for increasing web traffic.
Use web analytics to track content engagement levels.
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
Optimize all the contents according to SEO
Ability to work independently to manage content projects in a dynamic environment
Desired Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as Content Strategist
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Journalism/Marketing or relevant field
Experience in Social Media Content Creation (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Experience of PR and promotional events
Knowledge of SEO, web traffics and word press is an added advantage
