- Own the development & implementation of a content marketing plan that aligns with and drives brand & business goals.

Writes compelling content that meets prime search engine standards.
Researching markets, websites to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
Well-researched and accurate content will be produced on tight deadlines.
• *Major Responsibilities**
- Create, manage, and maintain marketing editorial calendars, supporting SEO content strategy and roadmaps.
- Lead the process for identifying, initiating, and producing content across all marketing channels leveraging SEO best practices and industry/competitive analyses.
- Partner with the eCommerce team to prioritize and implement SEO-related site architecture and content optimizations, page updates, linking and maintenance to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Follow the process through its entirety, ensuring published content supports SEO goals and adheres to best practices.
- Build writer/designer briefs and oversee content through editing, SEO optimization, approval, and uploading/deployment. Includes responsibility for reviewing copy, headlines, captions, photos/videos, ALT text, and image titles.
- Write and edit with speed and accuracy, displaying a strong knowledge of English grammar and the ability to create clear, engaging, and informative text.
- Lead the development and production of emerging interactive content components, such as video, surveys, etc.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, including identification and communication of keyword opportunities, expansion, and content recommendations.
- Monitor and report KPIs for all content, with purpose and goals for all content developed.
The role will include planning, producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content plans and working with cross-functional teams to deliver.
They should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content plan.
They will lead the cross-platform content efforts across formats (SMS/PNs, Mailers. Blogs, Banners, PR articles, video descriptions etc.) that aid in fostering engagement online and brand recall.
Owning the monthly content marketing calendar and planning the workflow efficiently.
Brainstorm to develop new ideas.
Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
Develop content for PR and improve brand scores
• *SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or Fashion/Lifestyle.
1+ years of agency experience or in a similar in-house brand team role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly computer literate (MS Office), WordPress, Mailchimp, etc. Working knowledge of HTML will be a plus.
Proficiency with popular content management systems and digital marketing channels.
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement and measures performance. Working knowledge of GA is a strong plus.
