Role Overview:
As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and value-driven content for our website, blog, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, and more. Your content will target decision-makers and professionals in the e-commerce industry, focusing on how our Shopify apps can improve their customers' shopping experience and increase sales.
Experience: 2-4 years
Industry: B2B SaaS, E-commerce
Key Responsibilities:
• Research, write, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, case studies, and white papers.
• Develop in-depth content around topics such as e-commerce trends, Shopify best practices, app updates, and customer success stories.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand customer pain points and translate them into compelling content.
• Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with our brand tone and messaging.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content.
• Proofread and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity and consistency.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the B2B SaaS or e-commerce domain.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make them engaging for a B2B audience.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Excellent research skills and a proactive approach to content creation.
• Understanding of Shopify, e-commerce, and SaaS trends is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
