Job Summary:
The position will involve writing content for various communication pieces designed internally for our clients. The work will also involve proofreading of documents, employee benefit manuals, FAQs, whitepapers, newsletters and other official documents designed for our clients. The candidate will be a part of the review.
Responsibilities:
• Write clear content
• Liaise with team members to ensure consistency
• Work with internal team members to understand the requirement
• Creating compelling text to capture the attention of the target audience
• Must have the following - good writing skills, creative thinking, attention to detail
• Read, write, edit, copy, and proofread to detect and correct errors in spelling & punctuation
• Draft content for marketing collateral: mailers, flyers, brochures, posters, teasers, etc.
• Write all forms of content (text, audio, video) for all channels of communication
• Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
• Understand requirements and adapt to the tone of the organisation
• Write content for ads, social media, blogs, and other similar documents
• Manage client communication calendars and deliver content/communication within required timelines
• Should be able to draft formal newsletters, whitepapers, and other similar official documents.

· Rewrite or modify existing content pieces
· Write attractive and creative copies
· Ideate and create engaging content
· Research trending topics
Desired profile/who should join:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Media, or Communications preferably with the Insurance industry/TPA
• 4-5 years of experience as a content writer, proofreader with at least 3 years of copywriting experience in content writing and with formal corporate language with attention to detail
• Have good time management skills
• Understand and adhere to the tone of voice/ lexicon
• Be proficient in verbal and written English
• Be able to deliver content pieces timely, as per set standards
• Adhere to guidelines and formats
• Be receptive to feedback
• Be a team player
