Who we are looking for?
Someone who is a storyteller and can catch the attention of their readers at a whim to be part of the corporate communications team. You will be the mind behind narrating various stories of employees, businesses and the leaders across the board.
Responsibilities
• Ability to create branded content and communication strategies using a variety of employee engagement platforms, including feature stories, videos, podcasts, etc
• Create strategies for internal communications in line with the company’s core values and vision
• Craft engaging copy and concepts for mailers, newsletters, blogs, social media posts, video scripts, posters, apps, and other marketing collaterals
• Collaborate closely with design and actively involved in design visualization to support the content
• Constant effort in understanding the Ninjacart ecosystem and industry trends and innovating accordingly
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability

• 2+ years of experience in content writing / copywriting with marketing agencies / startups
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
