Job Summary: The Content Writer will be responsible for producing a wide range of written materials, including web content, blog posts, social media updates, emails, brochures, and more. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to develop content that engages prospective students, current students, parents, and the broader community while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging written content for various marketing channels, including website pages, blog posts, social media updates, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials. Keyword Research: Perform keyword research to optimize content for search engines (SEO) and increase organic visibility. Educational Program Promotion: Write compelling content to highlight the institution's educational programs, faculty expertise, and student achievements. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the institution's branding guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice. Audience Engagement: Develop content that resonates with various target audiences, including prospective students, current students, parents, alumni, and educators. Content Calendar: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content publication. Research: Stay updated on educational trends and industry news to incorporate relevant information into content. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style, ensuring error-free and polished materials. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, photographers, and other team members to enhance content with visuals and multimedia elements. Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for content improvements. Compliance: Ensure that all marketing content complies with legal and regulatory standards, including copyright and privacy laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. years of experience in content writing and marketing Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
