Full Job Description
The Content Writer will develop and create compelling written content across all marketing channels, email and social. The Content writer will also create content for website including blog posts, amasty pages, revamped amasty pages and landing pages.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice through all written content.
Write compelling, persuasive and engaging content to motivate purchase
Conduct appropriate research to ensure quality and correctness of the information presented
Collaborate with other marketing teams to supply content; social media, email and SEM
Collaborate with WEB teams for Web content (new and updating); blogs, amesty pages, landing pages
Collaborate closely with SEO Strategist to ensure content is optimized for best results
Explore multiple sources for content including collaboration with sources outside of Del Mar
Monitor and analyze ecommerce metrics to understand performance of content (conversion rate and page views, time on pages) to help maximize the quality of the content
Edit and proof all content for errors, tone, accuracy, clarity, consistency, readability and comprehension
Develop and coordinate a publishing calendar
Skills Required
Strong US English communication skills; both written and verbal. Have the ability to write clear, concise and engaging copy as well as being adaptive to different audiences
Good understanding of SEO to optimize content
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Ability to work undirected to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
Creativity—the ability to develop innovative ideas and approaches
Project management skills-the ability to take projects from idea to execution to reporting
Attention to detail
Flexibility to meet and adjust deadlines and tasks
Strategic thinking/approach to content creation
Time Management-working on multiple campaign simultaneously
Utilize feedback to improve content and brand alignment
Familiar with social media platforms and accepted content forms
Strong communication skills to work with many different areas of marketing and web teams
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
