Job Description & Expectations:
We are looking for a dedicated content writer to create high-quality content for Enterprise customers, driving tangible business outcomes through effective product descriptions, services descriptions, business descriptions, and regular weekly posts on events/offers/discounts/new launches/updates.
The content writer's responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed and regularly updating these descriptions for all businesses, while adhering to editorial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Profile Content Management: Work on profile content of existing and new customers of Sulekha who wish to enhance their presence in Google, Bing, and other platforms.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with social management teams to deliver customer value, and collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams, including central design, keyword research, and marketing teams.
3. Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on industry-related segments to develop original content and stay up-to-date with market trends.
4. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for product descriptions, services descriptions, business descriptions, and regular weekly posts on events/offers/discounts/new launches/updates.
5. Operations Support: Assist the operations team in developing content for Promanage campaigns.
6. Quality Assurance: Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies, and edit and polish existing content to ensure value delivery for customers.
7. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to Promanage profiles.
8. Compelling Titles: Create attention-grabbing Product & Post Titles that capture the target audience's interest.
+. Customer Needs Analysis: Identify customers' needs and recommend new content to address gaps in Promanage customer profiles.
Education, Professional and Personal Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
