Skill Sets Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Literature, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills. Prior experience working in a news/media house / PR agency/content function.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with various formats of content like ad copy, an email, a tweet, LinkedIn posts, a blog, white papers, reports,s or an eBook.
• Good at measuring and analyzing content effectiveness.
• An avid reader and keeps up with relevant market environments and news.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collate and draft a quarterly update on all community services projects managed and funded by Ramco Group and Partners.
• Responsible for curating and editing content for all external communications – the key one being our community In addition, I also manage content for other collaterals as required – i.e., quarterly newsletter, emailers, landing pages, articles, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, blogs,social media, testimonials, etc.
• Develop and deliver persuasive copy for content across all platforms – web, social, print, etc.
• Create and drive content calendar for key leaders in the Community Services team.
• Ensure all-around brand consistency in the style, fonts, and images used, as well as the overall tone of the content.
• Partner and collaborate with community industry thought leaders to build content assets.
• Partner and collaborate with external agencies to produce and deliver all types of content (text, graphics, video, etc.).
• Ensure SEO best practices across the website, blog, and collaterals.
• Do research, develop an understanding of the work done in the community services industry, and share opportunity areas for improvement
