Job Description:
• Understand the business problem, customer pain and translate them into a story.
• Understand customer pain addressed by product features, measure the impact by data, and write stories with metrics.
• Build the product brand with consistent story writing across various content.
• Enlighten the customer with important business measurements through simple stories.
• Develop engaging new stories and communication for external audiences
• Write online content ensuring it is relevant, current and engaging
• Creating content for blogs, social media, website pages, proofreading, success stories, newsletter.
• Collate material internally and liaise with web publishing and website content writing
• Work with the group, marketing, and sales team to plan a content strategy
• Work with internal teams on product and documentation requirements
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Requirements:
Extremely good written English
Strong grammar and vocabulary
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
