Pilgrim is known to handpick the world’s best beauty secrets to create exciting and efficacious products that deliver results.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience with an e-commerce brand and/or creative agency experience preferred.
• Adapt to creating engaging, inspiring, and persuasive content for Marketing communication.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex business ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style.
• Ability to tell stories that inspire action.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of content strategy principles and processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good with coordinating with multiple teams and senior management.
Experience
• Create content for mailers, online ads, press releases.
• Create/ Edit content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the brand's purpose and editorial strategy.
• Repurpose content to meet the needs of the brand.
• Provide copywriting support for campaigns across social media (both static posts & videos)
• Suggest improvements to the tone and structure of the content.
• Liaise with stakeholders and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that content and design complement each other.
• Coordinate with various teams to understand and deliver short-term and long-term projects.
