Job Description:
To join our team, we're looking for a professional and enthusiastic content writer and creator. You will be mainly in charge of creating engaging content and designing creative materials that complement our brand voice and marketing goals in this position. Although having a fundamental understanding of social media and digital marketing is important, your primary focus will be on the creation of content and writing.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Ø Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website pages, blog posts, articles, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Ø Research industry-related topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is incorporated into content.
Ø Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences and develop content strategies that resonate with them.
Ø Create content that aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistency.
Ø Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to develop innovative content ideas.
Content Writing:
Ø Write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, product descriptions, landing pages, advertisements, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Ø Craft headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that grab attention and drive engagement.
Ø Optimize content for search engine visibility and incorporate relevant keywords.
Ø Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, readability, and adherence to brand standards.
Video Editing (Secondary Role):
Ø Edit video footage to create engaging and visually appealing videos that align with the brand's style and message.
Ø Incorporate creative visuals, music, and graphics to enhance the video content.
Ø Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Ø Optimize videos for different platforms and formats, ensuring they are visually consistent and compelling.
Digital and Social Media Marketing (Basic Understanding):
Ø Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Ø Support the marketing team in managing social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring comments and messages.
Ø Contribute to the creation of social media content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and drives audience engagement.
Stay informed about digital marketing trends and tools to provide insights and suggestions for improving
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Ø Proven experience in content creation and content writing.
Ø Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt writing styles for different platforms and target audiences.
Ø Basic knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Ø Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
Ø Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ø Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Ø Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
