Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Writer cum Communication Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content for various platforms, managing internal and external communication, and supporting brand visibility. This role requires excellent writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate communication efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Write clear, engaging, and high-quality content for blogs, social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials.
Develop scripts for videos, campaigns, and promotional content.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging.
Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities for content ideas.
Communication Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create cohesive communication strategies.
Manage external communication with media, partners, and stakeholders.
Draft official letters, emails, proposals, and reports as required.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, and CSR activities.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Support:
Plan and schedule social media posts and monitor engagement.
Collaborate with the design team for visual content.
Track content performance and suggest improvements.
Brand Building:
Maintain and update content calendars and communication trackers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in content writing, corporate communication, or a similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO basics, and content marketing strategies.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Proficiency in English/Hindi/Marathi.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
