We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our EdTech Start-up. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent writing skills who can create compelling content that engages our target audience. This is a full-time position for candidates with 2-6 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct research on various topics related to education and technology.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new ideas for content creation.
• Edit and proofread content written by other team members.
• Ensure all content produced is accurate and consistent with our brand voice and tone.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new content.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field. (Preferable)
• 0-2 years of experience in content writing, preferably in an Edtech Startup.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research skills and ability to write about complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
