Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret box office performance, trends, and data across domestic and international markets.
• Develop compelling box office narratives backed by accurate data and insights.
• Track and report film economics, including budgets and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with key industry stakeholders, including filmmakers, exhibitors, and distributors.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting on film performance, release strategies, and market behavior.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• A genuine passion for cinema and a keen interest in the business side of the film industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from data.
• Deep knowledge of box office dynamics, audience behavior, and industry benchmarks.
• Well-connected within the film ecosystem, with professional rapport among filmmakers, distributors, and exhibitors.
• Upholds the highest standards of ethics and integrity in reporting and analysis.
• Prior experience in box office reporting is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week with flexibility in hours as required by the fast-paced nature of the industry.
