Job Summary
Reporting To:Directors
Work Hours:+ hours a day (Reporting time: between + am to 10 am + + hours)
Work Days:6 days a week, (2 Saturdays off in a month)
Profile of the Candidate:Great written & oral communication skills (English), experience in writing content, an eye for detail, editing skills, Ability to meet deadlines. Do Not need prior knowledge of astrology
Role & Responsibilities:
• Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication
• Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Enrich the websites, marketing collateral & other medium with engaging articles, blog posts, social media posts, guides and marketing copy.
• Proofread and edit content written by other writers, freelancers before publication
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content, other online & offline properties as needed
Compensation:To be discussed as per experience

Leave Policy:2 days a month for every month worked post probation.
Probation & Confirmation
• Selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 3 months from the date of joining.
• Post completion of 3 months, candidate can be confirmed based on performance
• If the candidate does not clear the assessment, the probation period may be extended at the company’s discretion
