- Candidates are comfortable doing online research and typing words in their manner (English)
- After getting paid on-job training, need to type 3000 words daily
- Must be proficient in English and comfortable with ms-office
- 0% for plagiarism and grammar errors
- Needs to be serious about meeting the work's deadline
