HDFC lifeis looking forimmediate joinersasContent writer/editorunderPR & media relations department on Contract for 1 year(the same can be extended or confirmed basis on their performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to close daily/weekly monthly tasks
• Serve as primary contact for newsletter and website update
• Liaison and collaborate with internal stakeholders and PR agency
• Support with dissemination of brand messaging, manage company public relations archives, oversee, and help in execution of media events
• Evaluate results of the PR campaign to ensure it is in sync with the key messaging
• Liaison with functional heads with Marketing and other teams to deliver on business requirements
• Must be able to develop PR communication - press releases, articles, letters, Q&As, Profiles
• Day to day handling of PR agency, third party vendors as well as key internal stakeholders to deliver on PR goals
• Manage and track the output of the external agencies / stringers maintain reports & presentations (internal as well as agency reports and plans and target v/s achievement details) on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Must Have Skills:
• A post graduate degree or diploma in Literature/Communications/Marketing
• Good understanding of the media landscape and strong existing media relations including at editorial levels
• Good financial knowledge would be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point is necessary
• Great ability for stakeholder interaction and management
• Ability to identify and work with external partners and agencies
• Should be able to multitask seamlessly and manage multiple projects
• Should be flexible
