• *Responsibilities**:
Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-impact search terms and phrases related to our products and industry.
Website Listening: Utilize various tools and platforms to perform listening exercises on our product website, monitoring user interactions, feedback, and sentiments.
Data Analysis: Analyze the collected data and provide actionable insights on user preferences, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
User Behavior Tracking: Track user behavior on the website, such as navigation patterns, click-through rates, and conversion rates to identify areas of improvement and potential bottlenecks.
Competitive Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor websites and analyze their content and user experience to benchmark and propose website enhancements.
Collaborative Feedback: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to relay insights and contribute to website optimization strategies.
Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations based on the collected data.
A/B Testing: Suggest and participate in A/B testing initiatives to validate potential improvements and optimize website performance.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website listening and analysis.
• *Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting website listening, keyword research, or data analysis.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and patterns in user behavior.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and website optimization strategies.
- Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
