Job Description

The Junior Content writer at Provident Ventures will have the primary objective of communicating medical or marketing messaging elements in an engaging & creative way across various static and digital mediums.

The Junior Content writer role requires copywriting and content writing skills. The role is critical to the success of the advertising and communications business unit. The incumbent will be responsible for the development of relevant creative campaigns and content writing. He/ She will work closely with the art and account management team for the delivery of high-quality marketing material.

A strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail, the incumbent has to have solid writing and organizational skills. Should work well independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations. In addition to these general skills and personality traits, Provident Ventures seek its Junior Content Writer with the following skills.

1. Minimum 0 months to 6 months of relevant experience.

2. Candidates with experience in Health Care campaigns will be given preference.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. High-quality copywriting skills (the candidate should include some examples of his work in the resume).

5. Collaborative team player and high level of customer orientation.

6. Ability to successfully work across campaigns and projects.

7. Candidates with relevant experience in healthcare, pharma & Med-tech industries will be preferred.

Nature of employment: Full-time employee and immediate joining.

The pay bracket is between 25,000 - 30,000/- per month.

Core skills:

· Extensive knowledge of English grammar with a familiarity with a standard style guide

· Ability to creatively communicate scientific or medical information in a clear and concise manner

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and the Internet

· Familiarity with the principles of digital content writing

· The ability to follow and write briefs

Basic skills:

The incumbent will need to write and edit a vast range of resources, including:

· Marketing & Digital Collaterals

· Information for patients, such as health advice leaflets and websites

· Educational materials for HCPs, including brochures, Visual Aids, slides, posters, speaker briefs, and presentations for conferences

· Company newsletters

· Journal manuscripts for peer review

· Materials for the public relations team, such as press releases.

· Reviewing and proofreading materials to check quality and accuracy

As well as creating content, a content writer role will involve:

· Monitoring deadlines and ensuring projects are delivered on time so they can dovetail with other company-wide projects
