The right candidate for this role has experience in developing community-building content. You will be joining a small but passionate team that creates fun, engaging and relevant content for more than 1Mn+ people. We're looking for someone who inspires and educates our audience through conversational, clever, and impactful story-telling.
The role will require end-to-end management of content delivery including ideation, conceptualising, copywriting and finalizing a range of short-form content, including instagram reels, youtube videos, carousel posts, videos and short articles. You will also get an opportunity to work with leading fintech companies to roll out sponsored content on our platform. We're looking for a self-starter who loves collaboration, who's comfortable working independently and with the team

Responsibilities:
• Research and explore various personal finance topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and financial planning.
• Craft well-researched, informative, and engaging scripts for multiple formats, such as short and long form videos and developing new content formats.
• Ensure all content is accurate, clear, concise, and aligned with our brand voice and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and new developments in personal finance to provide timely and relevant content.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and coherence.
• Continuously optimise content based on performance metrics, user feedback, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of professional experience as a content writer, preferably in the finance industry.
• Strong understanding of personal finance concepts and terminology.
• Excellent research skills and ability to gather information from reliable sources.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Proficient in using content creation tools and platforms.
• Experience of working with a finance creator is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant degree in the field of finance.
