● Create high-quality, well-researched, and engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content related to client's products, and services.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their content requirements, goals, and preferences.
● Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all platforms.
● Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to produce fresh and insightful content.
● Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and reach a wider audience.
● Manage content calendar, scheduling, and publication of content across various platforms.
● Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to foster a sense of community.
● Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve better results.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and techniques.
Requirement:
● Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in content writing and social media management. Agency experience is a plus.
● Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail and grammar.
● Proven experience in crafting content for blogs and various social media platforms.
● Familiarity with material handling industry concepts, terminology, and trends is a plus.
● Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
● A portfolio of previous writing and content projects is highly desirable.
