Key Responsibilities • Build the framework for the course content for the global certification programs and curation of the existing content. • Work on the corporate governance-related course content creation. • Work on the ESG (environment, social, and governance) related content creation. • Work closely with the leadership team on learning management systems to create gamification with content in learning. • Work on creating the social media content strategy and content around corporate governance, board level, and ESG-related matters. • Involve in reviewing the content of the modules, and videos, and creation of the error logs for the reviewed content/videos. • Create the blog/vlog content. • Work with the cross-functional teams to get the content on all the websites aligned with the vision and mission of the client. • Work on writing and finalizing the executive summaries of CXOs and board directors of various programs. • Create content to engage the CXO community in the form of newsletters, articles, magazines, content for events, etc. • Involve in the complete content marketing working closely with the digital marketing team. • Work on deplagiarizing and creating original content for the organization. • Maintain high standards of confidentiality in creating content. • Write content and questions based on the profiles of the delegates for one-on-one interviews. Skills & Knowledge • Excellent communication and writing skills are required. • Proficiency in communication design is essential. • A strong understanding of corporate governance, board matters, and ESG is necessary. • Content strategizing skills, particularly in course framework creation, are essential. • Project management skills would be advantageous. • Experience in content marketing is important. • Knowledge of SEO is an added advantage. • Experience or skills in book writing are beneficial. • A PhD is preferred.
