About Company:
Rad Digital is a digital marketing agency focused on providing social media management, paid advertisements & influencer marketing as the core services. We have a bunch of clients ranging from e-commerce in the industries (fashion, zero waste, consulting, etc.)
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Create a short-term and long-term plan for social media accounts
2. Engage actively in preparing pitch decks for potential clients
4. Coordinate with clients for approvals, discussions & feedback
5. Liaise with the internal team and is able to look after the briefing, feedback, and incorporating client feedback
6. Monitor postings to ensure the brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
7. Assist in implementing plans to meet client goals on popular social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field
2. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, planning & copywriting or relevant industry internships/work experience (preferred)
3. Flawless verbal and written communication
4. Able to converse with internal team & clients and discuss concepts, feedback
5. Familiar with the latest social media topicals, trends, and campaigns
6. Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office
7. Experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
8. Able to ideate, curate, and create social media content and ad copies that are out of the box, minimal, and speak to the target audience
+. Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
10. Understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
11. Own a laptop
