1. Managing VisionPlusMag.com and ParfumPlusMag.com
2. Managing timely production of print magazines VisionPlus (India, Arabia, SEAsia), ParfumPlus (Arabia) You&Eye (India, Arabia)
3. Managing Internal Press Releases for internal projects (VisionPlus EXPO, VP Awards, Zeiss You&Eye Awards)
4. Managing Social Media and Blog posts for external clients
Responsibilities and Duties
MANAGING VISIONPLUSMAG.COM and PARFUMPLUSMAG.COM
1 post a day on the blog for each blog. Content mainly from press releases in the inbox.
1 feature a week (alternation each week for ParfumPlus and eyewear)
Maintaining correspondence and networking with clients and PR mainly for sourcing content and keeping them informed about having carried their content online.
Each blog post to be posted on social media (Facebook, twitter, instagram and Linked In)
Optional: Knowledge of how to budget and boost posts would be an add - on
MANAGING TIMELY PRODUCTION OF PRINT MAGAZINES
VisionPlus India, Arabia and SE Asia have similar content. The content is mainly from the blog.
This requires updating of flat plan and passing of job bags (with content and images) to design team and proofreading and approving the final designs.
VP India - Once in 2 months
VP Arabia - Once in 3 months
VP SEA - Once in 3 months
You&Eye - (Once in 3 months)
MANAGING PRESS RELEASES FOR INTERNAL PROJECTS
VisionPlus EXPO, Dubai (ongoing)
VP Awards (Once every year)
Zeiss You&Eye Awards (Once every year)
Managing Social Media and Blog posts for external clients
Collaborating with Account executive and design team for periodical posts, as required
Qualifications and Skills
Impeccable English (spoken and written)
Good people skills for communication with clients as well as internal teams
Awareness and knowledge about global brands
Discipline and ability to manage schedules

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
