Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement within the Web3 community
• Define social voice and generate creative ideas to differentiate our presence in social
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content (tweets, posts, articles, videos, etc.) that align with our brand and mission
• Engage with our community across various social media platforms and forums to drive engagement, promote brand awareness, and provide exceptional customer support
• Stay up to date with industry trends, news, and best practices to inform social media strategies and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor social media platforms and forums for any potential issues or negative feedback and respond promptly and professionally
• Work with our marketing team to collaborate on campaigns and initiatives that align with our brand and mission
• Collaborate with other teams within the company, including product development and customer support, to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation
• Analyze and report on social media metrics and KPIs to inform future strategies and initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in social media management and community engagement within the Web3 ecosystem
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for social media platforms and forums
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for Web3 technology and its potential to transform industries and communities
