Job Description
Role:
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with strong writing and research skills. You must be able to write content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media. You should also have a strong understanding of SEO principles and be able to create content that is optimized for search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
· Write effective and targeted content to be used across all marketing assets (email, social media, blogs, Whatsapp, etc.)
· Lead content and flow for all marketing collaterals (decks, sell sheets, case studies, etc.)
· Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
· Proofread and edit all content before publishing
· Write inspiring content for social media and emails.
· Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
· Update website content as needed
Competencies and Skills:
· Ability to write inspiring content
· Portfolio of published articles
· Excellent writing and editing skills in English
· Ability to meet deadlines
Education & Experience:
• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field.
• Experience:
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
○ Work ex of 1-4 years
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
