JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CONTENT WRITING EXECUTIVE Reports to: The Content Writing Executive will report directly to the Content Manager/Head. Job Overview: We are currently seeking 2 talented Content Writing Executives to join our dynamic team. These positions are well-suited for individuals passionate about crafting compelling content across various digital platforms. Candidates should bring a strong understanding of how to engage audiences with creative narratives and have the ability to adapt their writing style to suit different tones and settings. The roles require a minimum commitment to work from the office at least one day per week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and brand voice. • Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. • Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy of all content while incorporating SEO best practices to increase visibility. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and ensure content alignment with SEO strategies. • Edit content produced by them to maintain high standards of clarity, effectiveness, and correctness. • Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various platforms using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach. • Stay updated with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology to ensure content is fresh and appealing. • Requirements: • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as a Content Writer, Content Specialist, or similar role in content creation and marketing. • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio demonstrating diverse writing abilities. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • A good understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation. • Creative thinker with the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines. • Work Mode - Hybrid Total number of working days in a week: 6 (Minimum 1 day Work from Office, the rest Work From Home) Note: This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development for content professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and creative environment.
