Internship type — Full-time
Duration — 6months, 8 hours per day
Timings — 3pm IST to 8am IST [Since we are a US based company]
Location — Work from home
Working days — Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Everything has a good process around it which will allow you to do work easily, and a senior would be there you would be checking your work and giving you constant feedback.
1. Blog writing [40% Focus]
You’d be given great amount of details on what to write, how to write, the flow of writing, style of writing. All you’d have to do is follow instructions and submit the article to your senior.
2. Writing & Submitting answers for publications [30% Focus]
Here are some of the important publications that you’ll get
Time we get publication by | We’ve to send by
3.30pm | send by 4.30pm
10.30pm | send by 11.30pm
3.15am | send by 7.15am

Topics would be around remote life, productivity, marketing:

Best strategies to foster communication among team?
Best strategies that get leads on LinkedIn
As a marketer, what do you think about top campaigns running right now?

Similarly, we get more opportunities to get featured in some publications which we will share from time to time — they have to be submitted within 24 hours.
3. Social media (Posts + Captions) [20% Focus]
Spending 2-3 days on a brand makes the content for 2 months easily
Studying the brand & competitors
Understanding what type of posts are working really well
Creating catchy headlines + post content
Sometimes, work with designer to get a nice design
Crafting engagement driven captions to drive eyeballs
Scheduling it for weeks ahead
4. Attention grabbing emails & outreach messages [10% Focus]
We send messages to companies that will give us more work.
We send on Email mainly but many times we get creative and send a follow-up response on LinkedIn, Twitter, or their facebook.
