About the role:
We at amberstudent.com are building & improving our B2C/B2B visual & written content across our property portfolio.
• This will help us reduce the time a student takes to finalize an accommodation by giving them a virtual view of the property and helping them have a better perception of the accommodation they are planning to book.
• Visual & written content will include property owner-generated content.
Responsibilities:
• Edit/Improve the written content for each property in the assigned territory.
• To write research-based B2B industry-oriented blogs for the website.
• To draft YouTube scripts for property videos and scripts for YouTube Shorts.
• Standardizing the entire platform’s written content.
• Be responsible for B2C/B2B content creation and video transcriptions.
• Ensuring the brand positioning & brand guidelines are met.
• Set internal standard format, proofread & publish content as required.
• Maintaining a log of work with all the details to be updated regularly.
• Coordinate with the Data entry team on a daily basis via trackers to ensure the property has been updated in the system.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the global student housing industry for B2B/B2C content creation.
• Familiarity with Excel Sheets/Google Sheets.
• Enthusiasm to work and be able to bring creativity to the table.
• Eagerness to dive in, learn, and help with whatever is needed.
• Quick learner & strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to communicate/collaborate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Capability to multitask; work as a team and adhere to deadlines
