Responsibilities
• Design learning modules based on a documented curriculum, utilising exceptional research abilities to synthesise information from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain content accuracy and relevance.
• Develop engaging learning activities, create compelling course content, and utilise appropriate design tools to enhance learning experiences, leveraging technical and creative writing skills.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in education. Ability to distil complex concepts into accessible content.
• Utilise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tools to develop assessments for various learning formats.
• Define instructional objectives and develop content that effectively meets them.
• Conduct research on educational trends, AI applications, and learner needs to drive content and product development innovation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a solid academic foundation in education or related fields.
• 2-3 years in the Ed-tech industry, with a track record of developing and managing educational content.
• Knowledge of AI, instructional best practices, and strong presentation skills would be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid written, verbal, and content-creation skills.
