This is a full-time, long-term position at our offices in Surat, India.
What you ll do:
• Perform in-depth research of the job market and our competitors content
• Create engaging, high-quality articles for our blog
• Maintain communication with our content manager to ensure your content aligns with our goals
• Follow our guidelines and preserve our brand s voice in every piece of content
• Optimize your articles to make them relevant, engaging, and SEO friendly
• Make sure your content fits the search intent in a compelling and unique way
• Propose new topics or approaches when necessary
• Help us optimize and curate our publ
Who you are:
• An enthusiastic, unstoppable researcher willing to go the extra mile
• An exhaustive editor with an eye for detail
• A language expert who knows when to follow and when to break the grammar rules
• Able to translate com
• Familiar with current SEO trends and best practices
• Passionate about personalized, unique, conversion-drive content
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in content writing
• Spotless grammar and writing skills
• Bilingual / Native English proficiency
• Familiarity with SEO best practices (not just RankMath and YoastSEO guidelines)
• Capacity to follow guidelines and meet deadlines
Desirable, but not essential:
• Experience with Content optimization tools and keyword research tools (especially Surfer and Frase)
• Knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Airtable or other project management tools
• Experience with content strategy, blog strategy, and WordPress
• Experience in the employment niche, especially in the job search industry
