What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark
• Provides new, reader-friendly instructional guides with original content for help sections covering all products across all brands Reviews and revises existing help section articles as updates arise
• Researches, studies, and works with key people to understand product functions, prerequisites, accessibilities, and setup Tests products to predict possible user challenges, issues, errors, and queries;
and addresses these through reader-friendly solutions across all help sections
• Uses original screenshots, diagrams, and charts for clarity of content whenever required or necessary
• Converts content to HTML and adheres to standardized writing guidelines and branding
• Attends trainings and workshops, take online courses, and actively remains up to date with the latest technology Reports any product or process-related errors or bugs encountered Performs adhoc task as necessary
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
• Must be highly technical and knowledgeable with our products / services, or at least a similar field Must have excellent use of the English grammar
• Must have clear, direct, and neutral style of writing
• Must have high organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Must be proactive in making suggestions to improve existing processes
• Must be reliable and able to maintain information confidentiality
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks / projects effectively
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be flexible with working hours when required Must be punctual and reliable at all times
