Job Role: Content Writer - LMS
Job Location: Delhi (Lado Sarai)

Role Summary:
Hero Vired is looking for people passionate about creating excellent learning
experiences in the technology domain to help Indian Youth participate in the careers of the future. The job will include the following responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the Learning Management System
• Author different types of content on the LMS (Moodle)
• Create and manage course cards and learning paths for all programs
• Troubleshoot content-related issues with LMS
• Communicate cross-functionally with the Learning strategy, Content,
• Academics and Delivery teams
• Document processes and provide internal training as necessary
• Peer-reviewing and helping in auditing authored activities on VLearn in
• line with defined standards and guidelines
• Helping in resolving learner tickets with internal team as well as across
• teams, especially pertaining to LMS activities
• Perform work of a very detailed nature requiring a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Organize and manage several tasks with concurrent, time-sensitive deadlines
• Taking complete responsibility of LMS, the content on it, and any tickets or issues
• Contributing towards enhancing learner experience on VLearn
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in any LMS, such as Canvas or Moodle, with knowledge of integrating plug-ins to create interactive content
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in verbal and written forms
• Comfortable with MS office, especially Ms Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript is a plus
