We are looking for a Content Writer and Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. You will be responsible for content strategy, quality content creation, and effective distribution for the company and the clients. We need a super-efficient content strategist to create business marketing material that can be used for promotional campaigns.
As a Content Marketer, you are responsible for planning the content calendar, publishing EDMs, engaging clients with updated blog posts with our branded content, social media campaigns and creating SEO content. You will also be responsible for building quality traffic to our website.
You will contribute to building a social media audience. We need you to create quality digital content for us in coherence with the company’s objectives. You are creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong editorial mindset and customer-focus.
If you can produce engaging content to expand our user base, we would like to have a meeting with you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop a growth-oriented content strategy.
• Prepare and implement an effective content calendar.
• Create SEO-friendly content for the company website on a timely and regular basis.
• Conduct content audits, identify current gaps and develop content marketing strategies.
• Create SOPs for quality content management for the long term business goals.
• Coordinate with the social media team for increasing engagement.
• Lead a team of writers for SEO, blogs and other short-term assignments.
• Edit, proofread and improve content created by writers and other team members.
• Ensure timely publishing of all approved content.
• Monitor web traffic and see how content can increase impact.
• Coordinate with design teams for publications.
• Generate ideas around industry-related trending topics and nurture brand awareness.
• Document the status and the results achieved in a structured format.

Key Requirements
• You are a creative thinker and have excellent attention to detail.

• Proven work experience in content marketing with minimum 2 years' experience as content writer. Share work samples.
• Hands on experience with SEO, social media and website metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism , English or relevant field.
• Professional certifications for Content Strategy Training, Content Strategy preferred
• A professional portfolio depicting your work experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of Content Management Systems like WordPress, Joomla, etc.
• Strong working knowledge of various social media platforms and strategies.
• Team player and effective project management and people skills.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
