Amber helps 80M students worldwide, find and book full-time accommodations near their universities, without the hassle of negotiation, non-standardize and cumbersome paperwork, and broken payment process. About the role
We'll keep it simple. If you think you have a unique writing style that is strong enough to speak to students and catch their attention, this is the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong writing and research skills to join our growing company as a content writer. This role focuses on developing engaging written content for our social media handles as well as several growth projects. At amber, we do things differently. Key Responsibilities
1. Create content that enlightens, informs, sells, and simply informs
2. Use your creative mind and write copies that invoke action
3. Ideate & strategize the content plan for various different projects
4. Keep up with social media trends and write content accordingly
Hard skills we are looking for
1. Previous experience in Copywriting
2. Creative outlook and an eye for detail
3. Previous experience in writing creative content for social media
4. Excellent grammatical skills
Soft Skills
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual.
3. Excellent presentation skills.
4. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get-things-done
5. High Ownership (taking complete responsibility for the growth via the respective channels)
6. Self-starter with a high level of drive and commitment
